Retail Management 8-Week Internship

COLLEGE STUDENTS AND COLLEGE GRADUATES

The full-time 8-week Internship Program is designed to provide students and early career individuals with meaningful, hands-on experience in a professional environment. Interns will gain exposure to daily operations, develop essential workplace skills, and contribute to projects that support departmental goals. The program emphasizes learning, mentorship, and professional growth.

Retail Category Manager

Full Time Position

Lead the growth of our retail categories and make a lasting impact on customer experience.

PRIMARY FUNCTION:

  • Manages assigned retail product categories in the convenience store environment.
  • Oversees product assortment, purchasing, and promotions.
  • Tracks KPIs and analyzes category performance.
  • Supports marketing campaigns for customer acquisition, growth, and retention.
  • Develops and maintains category planograms.
  • Assists the Marketing Department with related duties and promotional activities as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience (3-5 years).
  • Experience in customer service, retail, c-store operations, category management, vendor negotiation, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Retail Site CSR

Part-time & Full-time

Sales associates are the frontline representatives responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling cashier counter transactions, maintaining store operations, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.

  • Due to restricted sales and 24/7 shift work flexibility, candidates must be 18 years or older.
  • Candidates must have an interim or current health certificate for Food Establishment.
  • Alcohol Beverage Control License a plus.

Car Wash Attendant

Part-time & Full-time

Observe and control activity and use of the carwash area and equipment, prep vehicles for wash and cleaning of interior of vehicles as described by purchase package, assist customers, remain alert to customers experiencing difficulty and other transactions in the car wash areas.

Merchandiser

Part-time & Full-time

Merchandiser is responsible for keeping the store well stocked, visually appealing, and easy for customers to shop. This role blends inventory handling, product presentation, enthusiastic customer service, general housekeeping and basis store support.

Candidates must have an interim or current health certificate for Food Establishment.

Food Service Ambassador

Full-time

Ambassador will be responsible for managing and maintaining the C-Store food service area, while providing world-class customer service. The food service area encompasses the roller grill, all beverage dispensers (hot, cold & frozen), reach in cooler (dairy deck), food warmers, bakery case, ovens and condiment station. Must be team and customer service oriented, out-going, personable, approachable with the ability to initiate and carry on conversations with customers.

Candidates must have an interim or current health certificate for Food Establishment and Food ServSafe Standard Certificate a plus.

Fuel Team

Part-time & Full-time

Observe and control pump island activity, handle customer and other transactions for gasoline and other sales, and remain alert to customer experiencing difficulty at pump islands. Support general gas station operations as need to maintain smooth workflow and customer satisfaction, by cleaning fuel areas, wiping down pumps and cleaning trash receptacles.

Warehouse Driver

Full-time

Supports the Warehouse Supervisor in the day-to-day operations for warehouse location to include freight handling and product delivery. Inventory control, management of products and equipment. Ensure safe delivery of products to all Retail Site locations.

Must have an AB, Chauffeurs Driver’s License, DOT Certification preferred and interim or current health certificate for Food Establishment.

Cabras Distribution Terminal Operator

Full-time

Perform work related to the receipt, storage and distribution of petroleum products as it pertains to the operation of the Terminal tank farm and distribution pipeline.

Must be able to successfully obtain TWIC card, have a valid Guam driver’s license.

Apprenticeships

 

Retail Maintenance Tech Apprentice

Full-time

Support the installation, trouble shooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical and mechanical equipment. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in a clean, safe and orderly condition. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and company policies.

  • Duration: 4-year term apprenticeship
  • Training: Full-time, on-the-job learning with structured skill development
  • Coursework: GTA minimum 671 hours of approved related instruction for Electrician with no cost to apprentice
