SPPC Supports 18th Annual Malesso’ Gupot Chamorro & Crab Festival with Community Donation

TAMUNING, Guam — May 6, 2026 — South Pacific Petroleum Corporation (SPPC), the local distributor of 76/Circle K, and LPGas, proudly supported the successful staging of the 18th Annual Malesso’ Gupot Chamorro & Crab Festival through a $1,200 donation presented to festival organizers earlier this year. The contribution helped support one of the island’s most anticipated cultural celebrations, held in Malesso’ from March 13 to 15, 2026.

The annual festival brought together residents, families, and visitors from across Guam to celebrate the rich Chamorro culture and traditions of the southern village. The multi-day event featured cultural performances, local food vendors, traditional activities, and the highly anticipated crab-catching competitions for all age divisions.
SPPC’s donation contributed to the festival’s operations and activities, helping organizers create a more memorable experience for attendees while supporting community programs, village projects, and cultural initiatives connected to the event. The support also helped sustain activities that highlighted local talent, encouraged community participation, and promoted the preservation of Chamorro heritage.
