South Pacific Petroleum Corporation Renews Sponsorship for Guam Amateur Baseball Association’s Middle School League
Guam – January 13, 2025 – The South Pacific Petroleum Corporation (SPPC) continues its commitment to youth sports by sponsoring the Guam Amateur Baseball Association’s (GABA) 76 PONY Middle School Baseball League for 2025. SPPC has provided a generous $5,700 sponsorship, ensuring the continued success of the growing league.
The check was handed over by Mike Soderquist, VP of GABA by SPPC’s Vice President Business Development, Mark J. Sablan as shown in the picture. This contribution will help cover essential expenses such as game baseballs, field maintenance, game officials, and team awards, supporting young athletes as they develop their skills and passion for the sport.SPPC is proud to support the youth of Guam by investing in programs like the 76 PONY Middle School Baseball League. SPPC believes that sports play a vital role in character development, teamwork, and leadership, and SPPC are honored to help keep this tradition going.
Now entering its eighth year, the league has seen consistent growth, increasing from eight to nine participating teams in recent seasons. The league provides a structured and competitive environment for middle school students, many of whom are new to organized baseball and softball.
SPPC continues its mission to support programs that encourage teamwork, leadership, and personal growth among Guam’s young athletes.
