Tamuning, Guam – July 13, 2025 — South Pacific Petroleum Corporation (SPPC), operator of 76 and Circle K stations in Guam, proudly presented a $2,570 donation to the Guam 8U Cal Ripken All-Star Team, supporting their upcoming journey to represent the island at the Cal Ripken 8U Machine Pitch World Series in Ocala, Florida.

The team, made up of 15 talented young athletes selected from various teams across the island, embodies the growing depth and enthusiasm of Guam’s youth baseball community. While this marks Guam’s first-ever appearance at the 8U Machine Pitch World Series, the team is already well-versed in the format, having competed in machine pitch throughout their regular season. With strong preparation, dedicated coaching, and immense island pride, the young players are determined to make a lasting impression on the national stage.

SPPC’s donation will help cover travel and tournament expenses, making it possible for these rising athletes to experience a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to compete, learn, and grow through sports. The check was presented at SPPC’s headquarters, where team members and coaches expressed excitement and gratitude for the generous support.

This donation is part of SPPC’s ongoing mission to support youth development and athletic excellence across the island. By backing programs like youth baseball, SPPC hopes to empower Guam’s next generation with teamwork, discipline, and confidence both on and off the field.

SPPC commends the Guam 8U All-Star Team for their hard work and dedication and wishes them the best as they proudly carry Guam’s flag to Florida
