Eligibility:
Must be a current local resident of Guam, age 18 or older to enter. Raffle entry must be in the drop box on or before 12:00pm, Thursday, March 1, 2018. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No need to be present to win. Any employee or immediate family member of SPPC/76/Circle K is not eligible to participate in this promotion.
Raffle Prizes:
Each winner will receive an unlocked iPhone X, 1-year contract included with any local service provider. Payment for 1-year data and cellular service will be made to your choice of the approved service provider not to exceed the amount of $1,100. $1,100 is the total amount to be paid by SPPC/76/Circle K to the Guam local service provider for calendar year 2018. Winner must meet credit qualifications of service provider. Winner is responsible for all other charges and fees incurred that exceed $1,100 paid by SPPC/76/Circle K. SPPC/76/Circle K will not be responsible for the service provider chosen. SPPC/76/Circle K is not, and will not be responsible for winners’ ability to be approved for service by the authorized service providers. Authorized Guam service providers recognized are GTA, Docomo, and IT&E.
Prizes not redeemed by April 30, 2018 will be forfeited. SPPC/ 76/Circle K will not replace lost or damaged items.
SPPC/76/Circle K reserves the right to alter and/or change the rules and conditions at any time during the promotional period without notice.
